All Teams are resting today (Wednesday) midway through the ICC World Twenty20 Africa Region Qualifiers in Gaborone.
Whilst all teams have the opportunity to train in the nets and the field today for two and a half hours, Team St Helena is having a day off. Playing four games in 3 days under sweltering conditions has taken its toll and they will take the time to recover and then train on Thursday before the final back to back matches on Friday.
Several members of the team have strains and muscle fatigue and it proves what a awesome idea it was to include a physio in the team. Bradley Petersen has had his hands full this past week or so, looking after the team and ensuring that they are in the best shape as possible for the matches..
The weather today is dull with lots of cloud early on with temperature of 24 degrees.
It is important that the team gets back the intensity of their game on Friday when they face Mozambique followed by Namibia in the afternoon.
