Jim George treated Team St Helena to a meal at the Rondebosch Cricket Club last night, forming a part of the teams experience in Capetown following their tournament trip to Nigeria.
Jim, who has been informally involved with St Helena since the opening of their airport, said he was delighted to be a part of the teams experience and wished them well in the future.
The Rondebosch Cricket Club facilities are one of the finest in the western Cape. This includes 2 new ovals, six turf nets and two astro nets.
The team enjoyed a selection of themed Cricket dishes and as a token of thanks, Jim was presented with a commemerative bat which was the envy of the cricket club staff.
