St Helena slipped to a fourth consecutive defeat at the hands of Botswana in yesterday’s game 11.
Having lost in their three previous meetings, St Helena were looking to make a comeback in yesterday afternoons match, but this was not to be, with Botswana in the hunt for a win which would see them through to the next round of the tournament.
We lost Andrew Yon early in the innings and despite a very good start overall, slipped to a total of 78 in 19 overs.
Botswana reached the target for the loss of one wicket.
This leaves St Helena one place from the bottom and head into the final game today against the Ivory Coast.
