Congratulations are in order to Scott Crowie who has been selected to captain “Team St Helena” on their travels to Botswana later this year.
Scott was also a member of the cricket squad when they visited Benoni in 2012 and has made cricket his passion over the past 6 years.
Playing with the St Matthews Lions locally, Scott has won many team and individual awards in recent years and is described as a very talented cricketer.
At a team building reception at Richards Travel Lodge last night (Friday) Scott spoke about his delight to be able to captain the team and is looking forward to playing in the two tournaments scheduled to start in October.
